Refund policy

At Face Miracle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare/beauty products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
